I have placed the order for the Quick Heal Total Security 2012 (1 User) on the 12th of Dec 2011 from their website & i have paid all the money while placing the order.

Also there is no update on the shipment they provide until i ask them about the shipment.

And I received the shipment on 21st Dec 11, 9 days after I place the order (On website they mention shipment will be delivered in 4-7 days). But the version i received is the 2011.
The box cover is of Quick Heal 2012. But the inside the Box, CD & the usage booklet is of Quick Heal 2011.

When I call them, they asked me send the snaps of the shipments delivered, without that they will not be providing the replace product. I send them pictures on the same day, but still I didnot receive any response for 3 days. So i called them again, they were saying the same thing that you need to send the snaps of shipment even though i send it earlier. they were not even knowing whether mail was receive or not. Neither they bother to check whether mail is received or not untill i call them & speak them in hard language. after doing all this they arrange the pickup for the wrong shipment in stead of providing the correct shipment first.
When they arrange the pickup that time they told that once Pickup is done they will ship the shipment from the mumbai warehouse to pune & you will be received the shipment within 2 days.
But I received the shipment after 5 days, after pickup for wrong shipment is done.

After doing all these headache I received the shipment, that took 4 weeks from when I place the order.

I am buying the products online from last 2-3 yrs. and comparing to the other companies providing the online shopping, Letsbuy is the THIRD CLASS online store. Their service, customer service, everything is the THIRD CLASS.There is not at all co-ordination between their customer representative.

There is no coordination between their customer representative & between their different depart ment.
They are behaving like that, they have no need of business, only we have the need & they are providing the product in charity us. Stay away from this, I f you have to pay little more at other plcae, it is worth to pay it rather to buy from LetsBuy.

At the time of placing the order website showed a number of playbook's available (i ordered one) and I choose letsbuy over flipkart to order the product (my biggest mistake) now at the time of delivery I am being informed that there is no stock of the playbook and can be replaced with one of the samsung tab tablet (which i am not interested in) or refund the money. I have lost the opportunity of placing the order elsewhere, since there is no stock available. This has been embarrassing moment for me to believe letsbuy.com (but I wont repeat this mistake again). Definitely I will have to share this unfortunate experience with people.

never buy any product from Letsbuy.com...they delivery sucks....first of all they give you partial shipment....and their customer service have no clue whats going on and they have one god damned manager who is forever busy...probably taking other frustrated customer's calls...and they just dont have answers to ur queries.....just a scripted answer...."wait for 24-48 hours"....they tell this to u practically everyday that u call them......i fail to understand, '24-48 hrs' from which day?????

I have been shopping online for last 15 years (starting with AMAZON, BUY.COM etc. ) , but never encountered such a bad customer service.
I have ordered a laptop on 27th Oct which was delivered on 2nd

Nov , the product was defective and used as O/S was already configured , which is generally not the case with new laptops ,I immdiately informed letsbuy customer service about the problem, and on Nov 3rd they informed that someone will pick up defective product the next day,but it was not picked up, Now it 10 days (Nov 12th ) and I am following up on daily basis to pickup, but no improvement in status quo. The Customer return service person wont pickup her phone or reply your emails.. When you call customer service you have to wait 10 to 30 minute before some one picks up the call, they are generally polite , but no action, as I believe they have to pass the buck to Customer Return Service again. I have written to ceo@letsbuy.com as well, but never got even an automated reply. I don’t believe the CEO even cares about customers.

I regret the decision of buying a product from Letsbuy and decide not to repeat the mistake. I think flipkart, anytimeretail, indiaplaza are much better estores.
I feel now best option would be buying the product locally even it is bit costier, you can atleast demand better customer service.
I am planning to move to consumer forum, if they don’t take appropriate actions soon.

i am sankalp from pune. i frequently order things from flipkart, infibeam, myntra websites.
i have ordered a dslr (Order # LSB-554246)
worth 38000/- using credit card from Letsbuy.com on 30 oct 2011.
After purchase i checked the status for 2 days but it was not changing so i called their customer support (u must be very lucky to reach till customer care representative).

After several attempts i was able to talk with him and he told me that my order can not be completed due to some IP conflict on there server side (money has already debited from my account) and he asked me send scanned copy of my credit card statement and Identity proof. Later he sent me same email also. I replied him to cancel my order as i cannot send you all the details.

Later on 4th November i got email saying that my order is canceled and money will be refunded in my account in 7-10 days. I have email conversation of this with their customer care.
Most surprisingly they send me one email yesterday that they have shipped my order using aramex courier service (shipment No: 6259195655).
i am really surprise as i have already bought same camera from Delhi and i am out of station for 2-3 weeks. I am trying to call them but no one is picking call. I am really frustrated about it. What should i do to get my money back? I am feeling helpless and worried about it.

Really dissapointing service from a company which misguides its customers from day 1 of receiving full payment!
I ordered this product on 1st November 2011 and the site said its in stock and accepted my payment for the same. Since that day its showin "In Process" in my status and when i called customer care today (07/11/2011) they say that they dont have the product in stock and will ship it to me as soon as they have it ( NO SPECIFIC DATE )
I dont understand why these people accept full money from customers and misead them.
When they dont have a particular item in stock under which law do they accept full payment for the same!
They seriously should be taken to task ASAP!!!

I ordered a LG 3D LED TV from letsbuy.com for 71,000 on 4th October.......I know you would call me a fool for ordering such expensive stuff from the Internet. I am regretting this decision. It is 12th October and neither me nor the customer service has any idea when the TV is going to be delivered.

I call up the customer care twice everyday and they only keep promising that the TV will be delivered within the given time period i.e 4-7 working days (the timeline expires today 12th Oct) and I know that the TV has not been dispatched yet. I am not going to accept the TV if they deliver it after the timeline.

Pure harassment and frustration...Strongly suggest not to order expensive stuff from letsbuy.com. It is only good for products under Rs 5000 since they have them in stock but the expensive products they dont have in stock and they do shopping after getting order from us.

It is better to negotiate with a retailer with the same price as letsbuy and they will normally match the price.

STAY AWAY FROM LETSBUY.COM FOR EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS.......PLEASE OR YOU WILL SUFFER!!!

They take orders, when they are not sure if they can fulfill..

Cust care - confirms order and says its ready and will be shipped anytime... Suddenly they say product not available... Talks about many rules - Which are not provided on their web-site... But they wont write about that or email you... never ever...

Keep promising, keep providing wrong information, never write email with the details or what they say over phone... Emails always look nice ... but they dont reply when its a matter of their commitment or not meeting what they promised...

Cust Care managers always say email diff dept. They are hearing this first time, will look into this bla..bla....

Somehow they have high ranking over the web, but I think many customers with bad experiences are not writing and/ or people are paid to write good reviews.....

All be careful and never ever order something if you think that their timeline commitment is linked to some events... or the item is High Value and not a low cost commodity item, which can be purchased anywhere at that cost....

I would say that these guys are trying their best....
