If you are looking for Simoco Service center @ kolkata, then it is not tough. I bought a Simoco mobile on 23rd January 2010. From the first day I discovered the usb data cable is a loose one, but the real problem was not that, it came when I discovered that my new phone was not getting started. I charged charged and charged, tried to turn it on, but it did not respond. I thought its battery is dead. I managed some time and went to the Simoco office at Salt lake sector five ear webel, they gave me a address of Service center in PNB, salt lake sector 1.
I went to PNB from Karunamoyee. In PNB, I asked a shopkeeper if he knows about Mobi Care, which was the official name of the service center, the address was AB - 270, sector 1, near PNB. At last I managed to find a person who was going to the same address, he took me to the service center. Well, if someone does not tell you that is a service center, you are not going to identify it. Anyways, they changed my battery ( my mobiles ;) ) and kept the data cable, and they will change it later.
