IT industry back on track

Did I ever tell you, I work in a IT firm? I guess I dint. Anyways here is the news, IT companies are back on track, TCS has a record performance, stock broke all time high. Few days back Cognizant gave a same performance, it's stock went all time high mark. Last year was the worst, still cost cutting made them kings. For all the companies it is true. And after the tier 1 companies has given the hikes and promotions now it is the time for tier 2 companies like CTS to declare the rewards for employees. And they are declaring the hike too, and promising the good growth rate again. Hope we will see the growth in future too.
