Blogadvertisingstore yet to pay

This is a site where you get frustration. This is applicable for all bloggers. You write for them, reach payout which is already very high $100. And then you see they are not paying. But I have stopped writing for them. They are supposed to pay me $106, but not making a payout. Help anyone?
