Blog Advertising Network - yet to pay

They already owe me $106 and yet they are sending emails to do review for them, I do not know how many days it would take them to pay me. The were supposed to pay me on 1st December, and I have decided not to do any review until I get the payment from them. Yes, I am talking about Blog advertising network or payingpost.com. I have read many posts about them, everyone is having the same problem, they do not pay on the scheduled time or they do not pay.
