Time to switch to Equity

So at last a big news for market, as congress is back in Loksobha and with full strength, I wanted them to be back and without the support of Left front. I hope we will see a big rally which will sustain in market for next few days, and I am all set, switching my debt funds to equity funds, and also planning to reduce the number of scripts I hold in my portfolio. This is the best time to revise portfolio, but I do not think it is a good time to make any new investment as market has reached a high level and can fall down to 10k levels as the global market is not so strong. So no plan to enter with cash, I will hold my cash in bank account, just want to sell few shares as they are from small or midcaps.
