Jobs in Cleveland

The job market is still not that good. Unfortunately the credit crisis taken a great toll on job market too, demand went low, and it is still not that high. So fresh graduates are still searching for jobs here and there. If you are one of them who are searching for a job, then let me guide you on this. Fortunately enough I got my job 2 years back, before the market fell badly. But like thousands of students I got great help from hound.com. You must be wondering why I am telling about this site only when there are thousands of them available. I guess you are searching for a job offer for quite a long time, and many of you have used those other job portals too. But can you tell me, how many of you got a positive response from employer after you applied even with a matching skill set the employer is looking for.
That is why I am talking about hound.com. It is better than monster. They do not display any paid advertises, they only shows the researched ads, from real employers.  But this is not all about them, when you search for job there, you will see ads from directly employer’s career page. Now this is what no one does, and it reduces the chances for ads to be fake or old or expired. And one thing more interesting, do you know these jobs on career pages, often never come to the job portals, reducing the chance of getting noticed. If you are tired of trying cleveland craigslist then i would recommend you that better you switch to hound.com and search for city of cleveland jobs. So go and hunt for cleveland plain dealer jobs, cleveland clinic jobs,  or cleveland state university jobs now.
