
We have a Samsung Biofresh refrigerator purchased on December 2004, so it is nearing to 5 years, and it has a warranty of 5 years. on last 2nd October, certainly it is discovered that it is not working, things are not chilled at all though it is on. So it was concluded that the compressor is not working. A call was made immediately to the customer care I had no idea, as it was a national holiday on 2nd, no one picked up the phone in customer care. Well, a bad experience, as it is very needed in daily life.
Now a positive story, yesterday, customer center picked up the phone and within 6 hours the mechanic arrived, pretty cool...huh!! What I came to know, as told by the mechanic, some ants invaded in the machine and the starter needs to changed. Well that is a different story. The customer care solved my pretty fast, and hence I am satisfied.
