The first of the recepies is ‘Mediterranean style rigatoni pasta with prime fillet albacore’.
This is a very basic pasta dish which has Mediterranean flavor. It is optimum dish for every occasion, whether entertaining guests or having a close family dinner. It should be best complimented with a classic red wine.

Boil the rigatoni pasta as per cooking directions. Heat the olive oil along with unsalted butter and add diced onions to cook for approximately 5 minutes. Add diced red bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. Season the accompaniments with fresh pepper.
Let the mixture to cook on low heat for around 10 minutes. Further add some white wine and let it stay for 5 minutes. Add whole olives and prime fillet tuna in pieces and let it cook for around 5 minutes. Cook the rigatoni pasta as per directions and when cooked toss the pasta, tuna sauce along with water to serve the individuals. Garnish with balance olive oil and sliced chives and dry parmesan to give that immaculate and exotic look.

A very easy to make yet elegant looking pocket friendly dish.
Basic ingredients are prime fillet solid white albacore, diced shallots, sliced chives, fresh cream, fresh pepper, bread, white cheddar cheese, caviar, chervil sprigs.
Mix the tuna, shallots, chives, fresh cream along with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the bread and top it up with slice of cheese and heat in oven. Once the cheese begins to melt remove the bread pieces from the oven and dress up with fresh cream and caviar. Garnish with chervil.
