difficulties with hyperwebenable

I have a blog http://technizant.net , it is a own domain name ,but I got it by applying to hyperwenenable.com ,but now a days i am getting much trouble with it, the server remains often under maintain so i can not access it and make any changes ,so having a lot of troubles with the paid reviews i make ,they are often getting the site offline and rejecting my posts ,so just thinking to leave using the blog.
